ASSISTANT SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Head of Sales & Marketing to direct and supervise the daily operations of the Direct, Bancassurance and Agency Management Unit
- Identify new business opportunities and formulate marketing strategies to develop the business of the abovementioned Unit
- Manage a team of Sales & Marketing Officers and train, develop and motivate them to achieve set targets
- Review renewal accounts, monitor the collection status of all sales units and prepare reports
REQUIREMENTS:
- Recognised Degree. Preferably qualified as an Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII)/ Associate of Malaysian Insurance Institute (AMII)
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- Dynamic, self-motivated, results-oriented with good business aptitude
- Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to read and write in Chinese would be an added advantage
